Good pulsation characteristics in the milking machine are critical to milking performance and udder health. Besides NuPulse’s pulsated claws which have pulsators built in, individual pulsators are also offered.

The same simple design of the claw pulsator is used in the Pulstar to provide a low cost unit which can be used with any conventional claw. The Pulstar is vacuum operated and has adjustable pulsation. With only 4 moving parts, the Pulstar provides dependable, low maintenance service without any electrical wiring or controls. Adapters are available to fit all the major brands of stallcocks.

The D#95 pulsator is also a vacuum operated pulsator and comes in 60/40, 65/35 or 70/30 ratios. Also available as a 50/50 pulsation ratio with a 90ppm for goats. Parts interchange with the LL90 pulsator.
